Brewed with some of our favorite new hop varieties from our favorite hop farmers - Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy. Electric Jellyfish is filled with a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, mango, lychee, and a floral backbone. The Jellyfish is a hazy new school IPA focusing on the juicy hop flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness balanced and refreshing. ABV 6.5%

A "Texas-style IPA" at ~70 IBU and brewed with a combination of American, English and German hops (German Magnum, Chinook, Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, East Kent Goldings). Dry-hopped too. ABV 6.2%

Gold IPA with clean, light, biscuit malt character. Taste of marmalade, blueberries, and the devil's lettuce. ABV 6.2%

Local hazy IPA with smooth texture, tropical fruits, and lime zest with a soft bitterness for balance. ABV 6.8%

Toasted candy malts up front with lots of grapefruit and tropical fruits ending with a lingering grapefruit rind on the tongue. ABV: 5.9%

Taking America Back. Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Pouring hard out of the bottle, Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness. ABV 6%

Notes of chocolate, coffee and pecan marry with the subtle flavors of vanilla and whiskey to make this a wonderful warmer worth savoring. ABV 9.5%

Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, Hefeweizen is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with an ample volume of wheat malt and few hops, this beer features a unique yeast strain that produces harmonious notes of clove, banana, and vanilla throughout this effervescent brew. A traditional interpretation of a classic style, this idiosyncratic Bavarian beer is perfectly at home here in Texas. ABV 5.3%

A traditional German Wheat beer. More than half of the malt used in this full-bodied brew is made up of German malted wheat. But the star of this brew is the yeast! Fermented in our open fermentation vessels, the yeast is free to impart a variety of fruity and spicy clove-like flavors. ABV 5.1%

Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish. ABV 4.5%

Big Wave is light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. A smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops. ABV 4.4%

Amber beer from Thirsty Planet Brewery. Thirsty Goat Amber is medium bodied beer, with a sweet, malty taste and finishes with light hop bitterness.

An authentic Belgian-style white ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. ABV 5.6%

A traditional weiss beer with refreshing natural lemonade flavor that makes it the perfect summer beer. ABV: 4.2%

Pineapple Paradise is a not-too-sweet mix of apple cider and fresh pineapple juice. ABV 5%

It's fresh, fruit forward and with very soft tannins, varietal, juicy and grapey, with aromas of violets and blue fruit and unnoticeable oak, juicy, round and lush, with ripe flavors.

Dark chocolate, peppery, hint of spice 100% Pino Noir

Aromas of fresh black raspberry, cherry, and blue fruit bring to life this rich and energetic wine with creme de cassis, blueberry, and raspberry notes.

Ripe notes of red cherries, plums, and hints of chocolate. The addition of Petite Sirah, a variety we began growing in 1968, adds flavors of blueberry, boysenberry, and hints of black pepper. Finishing in new French oak imparts hints of toasty oak and a rich, silky mouthfeel.

Bright and textural with ripe blood plums, dark cherry and blackberries - amplified by tones of vanilla bean creaminess and warm spice. Fine, elegant tannins which frame and capture fruit depth providing length and balance.

Full with notes of sweet spice and a touch of leather. The finish presents soft, well-integrated tannins with bright, crisp acidity that gives the wine exceptional length.

Double aged Blended Whisky- smooth rich taste with notes of dried fruit, citrus and vanilla.

Blended Whisky- Nose- A crisp, light nose offering up notes of toffee apples, hints of dried flowers and biscuity barley. Palate- Balanced, biscuit-laden palate with a core of thick, creamy malt. Just a hint of spice and the vaguest whisper of smoke really bring a great deal of complexity. Finish A slightly sweet, malty finish. Overall A very malty, biscuity blend. It's easy to see why this is so popular in Scotland!

Single Malt- Nose- A bold scent of fruits with a touch of sweet vanilla. Palate- Creamy toffee, sweet fruit and spice roll over the tongue. Finish-A warming smoky finish.

Single Malt- fresh and fruity notes with a hint of pear and develops into butterscotch, cream, malt, and subtle oak flavors. Aged for 12 years in the finest American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks.

Single Malt- Nose- A warm coffee house; roasting beans, the oily nuttiness in a fine espresso, there are little notes of malt and cereal and butter from the pastry counter with rich orange from the fruit bowl on the counter. Palate- Notes of Seville marmalade and triple sec with winter spices and fruitcake. Zesty cocoa and milk chocolate. Finish Medium, oranges.

Single Malt- Nose- Gristy, supple nuttiness intertwined with spices. Honeyed sultanas and grapes. Hugely inviting. Palate- Sweet with good body. The bourbon characters develop; gentle spice with a little vanilla, a hint of balancing peat lurking quietly in the substrata. Dried fruit too, combining with nuts, nutmeg, cinnamon, back into the bourbon notes - so well integrated. Finish Spicy, slightly drying, still sweet. Overall A classic, always a pleasure to revisit. (This is also a single malt with the ability to convert a non-whisky drinker with its deliciousness...)

Single Malt- nature of Islay. Expect a big peaty slap, hints of seaweed and a surprising sweetness.​

Single Malt- The Islay representative in the 'Classic Malts' series is a deep, dry and exceptionally peaty bruiser. Probably the most pungent of all Islay malts, Lagavulin is not for the faint-hearted but inspires fanatical devotion in its many followers.Lagavulin is a classic example of how smoke isn't a blunt instrument that covers everything in a fog, but an element that works with all the flavours produced in distillation and maturation. Lagavulin isn't 'smokey,' its peat moves into a weird territory of Lapsang Souchong tea and pipe tobacco, fishboxes and kippers. It smells of laurel and light cereal, but is always sweet. The palate shows more creosote, with hints of kelp and a little touch of iodine. Complex.

Blend- Monkey Shoulder was originally created to make perfect whisky cocktails and has been made for mixing ever since. Put your nose in the glass and you’ll smell zesty orange, vanilla, honey and spiced oak. Take a sip and you’ll taste mellow vanilla with spicy hints. That smooth, malty and fruity character is bold

Single Malt Caol Ila 12 Year Old appeals to connoisseurs while also making the perfect entry to the world of peated whisky for newcomers, with its beautifully measured and mellow smokiness and a rich array of seaside flavours.

Single Malt- Nose- A fresh and fragrant nose. Through thick, pungent smoke comes sweet pear and apple peels, with pinches of maritime salt from kippers, seaweed. Palate- It's a bonfire of peat crackling with black pepper, with a touch of brine and dry barley. A welcome delivery of orchard fruit provides a delicate and beautiful balance. Finish In a long finish, bonfire embers toast malt and crystallise a sugary underlay.

Single Malt- Nose- Aromatic, toffee, fruit salad, lush nectarine, custard. Floral, apple blossom, honeysuckle. Apple peels, pear, touch of smoke. Palate- Malty. Walnuts steeped in manuka honey with vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice. Finish Long, malty, walnut, almond.

Single Malt- Nose- Vanilla with hints of ginger, dried fruits, sherry sweetness and wood smoke Palate-Deliciously smooth, with rich dried fruits and sherry, balanced with wood smoke and spice Finish- Sweet toffee, dried fruits, lingering wood smoke and spice

Single Malt- Nose - It opens with a light, heathery, fruity and zesty sets of smells amongst the initial alcoholic burn. Once that settles though that zesty and citrusy set of flavours is joined by a real heather honey sweetness, a good bodied malt and just a little smoke. Taste- As booze tickles the tongue, those fruity notes just keep rolling in. Think orchard fruits, maybe even tropical fruits. There’s a good malt backbone to it too, and a pinch of salt, before the oak spice picks up at the end of the sip. Finish- A good lingering finish with the orange zest flavour slowly fading out only for the underlying smoke to endure and last a little longer.

Single Malt- Nose- Light heather smoke, clear salinity. Malty sweetness underneath. Palate- Slight tingle and honey on the sip. Sea salt and smoke explode on the swallow and finish. Light mouthfeel, mildly oily and not too full. Through the sea and smoke comes a very tempered malt sweetness. Finish- Sea and smoke at first, sweet malt creeps in.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Reserve single malt Scotch whisky is created using a technique pioneered by our Malt Master and its warm, spicy flavors are transformed with the alchemy of the Solera Vat. Our Solera Fifteen is aged in European oak sherry casks and new oak casks, the whisky is mellowed in our unique Solera Vat, a large oak tun inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal. Never emptied, and kept half full of whiskies since 1998.

The proof is Laphroaig® Quarter Cask, inspired by the old tradition of transporting whisky on packhorses. Fortunately for said horses, it was stored in smaller quarter casks that carry flavour into your dram today. Their reduced size means the spirit has more contact with the wood, amplifying the natural flavours of whisky first matured in ex-Bourbon barrels. Hints of coconut, banana and vanilla complement our instantly recognisable heavy peat flavour, followed by a long, sweet and smoky finish. This quarter cask whisky is barrier filtered to retain all the character developed in our small but mighty barrels. Enjoy a soft and velvety single malt full of unexpected vivid notes, bigger flavour and aroma. ​
